SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — $8.00, typically arrives within 2–4 business days after processing
  • Free Standard Shipping — automatically applied on orders over $70
  • Express Shipping — $15.00, typically arrives within 1–2 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Noire Hair Company LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Import duties and taxes for applicable destinations are calculated and collected at checkout, so you should not be charged additional fees upon delivery for those orders. For destinations where duties are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees assessed by their country upon arrival.

International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view order status and tracking through the "Track order" link included in your confirmation email.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Noire Hair Company LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at noirehaircarellc@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
